Graphics Question

Featured Replies

I have a pretty smooth sim, but still have one little annoyance. Not being a graphics genius, I would like to know what particular setting in ( I am guessing) either NV Inspector or FSX will affect or cause the appearance of momentary flashes of black patches on water and white patches on land almost exclusively only when at low altitude, usually when turning onto and on final approach.

The white patches are especially, but not always, the add on airport I am approaching, such as Flightbeam KSFO.

Your input would be much appreciated.

Regards,

Rick Hobbs

Regards,

I have seen comments about setting maximum pre-rendered frames in Inspector to a very low value.  I've tried this and noticed no change to anything.  I tried going the other direction, setting this to a high value (8), and have noticed the rare to infrequent video artifact i was having previously had disappeared completely.
