Hi All,

 

I've looked around and cant find any other appropriate forum to ask this question - if you know of a better place, please point me in the right direction. OK, anyways - I purchased the amazing RealAir Legacy along with the Reality XP GPS. However, when I run the exe for the GPS, it says its installed, however when I go to the config page for the Legacy, it says its not installed. Anyone know whats going on there?

That's a bit hard to come by, Blake. A general tip would be to always run the config managers as admin by right clicking them and picking that extra option with the 'shield' symbol. Same goes for any trusted installers.

 

Perhaps you can post some screenshots of the config tools and their messages, allowing for some more insight. Other than that, you may also want to try reaching out to Realair by email. They are helpful for sure while the RXP staff seems to be on a very long vacation. :mellow:
