Half Full or Half Empty?

Featured Replies

Over the past couple of years I have indulged in an side project of really getting to grips with helicopters in FS.Well on Thursday I finally completed a thoroughly enjoyable heli flight. And the sim was running great and looking great as I cruised from Heathrow to London City in the Dodosim over FTX England. I even think my passengers false teeth would have remained in place when I touched down. Yay! Then the PC froze..completely. Had to power off. To cut a long story short I'm now doing battle with the Windows clean install freezing problem and working through the wealth of suggestions on the web. Wonder if I'll ever get it working again?...But I did get that one successful, wonderful heli flight in before it died. Glass half full or glass half empty, I ask myself?

The interior volume of the glass is overdimensioned by a factor of two, resulting in unnecessary material use and production costs.

Congrats on your perfect landing!

Thanks! And I've now learned something about glasses I never knew before.! If I ever actually manage to get the PC working again (I keep reminding it that resistance is futile and at the moment it doesn't believe me), I will try for landing number two!

It depends. Is said glass inside of a vacuum?

A vacuum, eh! You given me a idea. If I dramatically increase the atmospheric pressure in my room it may press Windows onto the hard drive. It would work in the movies...
