Hey all!

 

I've been using ASE for a couple of months now... No problems till 2 days ago. When I opened up the program, it won't connect to the server to download the latest global weather. It fails 6 times (3 with primary server and 3 with secondary server). Then it gives up and a pop up appears saying it's unable to connect to the servers; OFFLINE mode has been automatically enabled. Also states that the firewall and security software may need to be adjusted - I turned them off and still no success... even tho I never changed them before to cause this to occur.

 

If you have any idea, can you please let me know? Any tip would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! I submitted a ticket.. hopefully it worked. would you know if its an issue from my end or their server?
