PMDG 737 NGX Activation problem

Hello pilots!

Today I am buy PMDG 737NGX and after install i run FSX and enter the activation key and after enter it.....

Did you buy/install both 8/900 and 6/700 or just the one? 

If you installed both, they have different licence keys. (I made that mistake myself ;)

On the other hand,it could be an issue with the activation server being down for a short while.

The other reason,could be that the flexnet licencing service was disabled. check this in 

system services.

System specs: Windows 11  Pro 64-bit, Ubuntu Linux 20.04 i7-13700KF  Gigabyte Z790 RTX-4060-Ti , 32GB RAM  1X 2TB M2 for X-Plane 12,  1x256GB SSD for OS. 1TB drive MSFS2020

Mine did the same thing today... I bought BOTH... the B738 worked correctly. What is the system services you are talking about?

I have the same problem. Today buoyed both 600 and 800 series and can not activate. Any idea?

It would seem that the PMDG activation servers are temporarily down at the moment

Hi all,

I just upgraded my pc and installed the PMDG 800/900 NGX and, when activating it, I got a popup message that "The activation fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. [incident#5192-513414]"

 

did anyone ever get this message before and, if so, how do you get support from PMDG?

 

I already tried to open a ticket as a registered customer but there's no such facility on their web page that I can see!  so now i'm stuck and cannot use the product I paid for!!!
