Hi all,
I just upgraded my pc and installed the PMDG 800/900 NGX and, when activating it, I got a popup message that "The activation fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. [incident#5192-513414]"
did anyone ever get this message before and, if so, how do you get support from PMDG?
I already tried to open a ticket as a registered customer but there's no such facility on their web page that I can see! so now i'm stuck and cannot use the product I paid for!!!
