September 3, 201312 yr APU start is pretty easy I would think1: it needs fuel, and draws this from only one of the wing tanks.2: The electrical power should be on battery power at least.3: the APU switch has to be switched from "Off" to "Start", it will spring back to "on". It will take a few minutes to complete start up, then the Electrical busses associated with the APU will light up with blue light. Connecting the electrical bus to the APU will extinguish the blue light. You will want to align the IRS before pushback or engine start, because they take as much as 10 minutes to align.IRS can be aligned with, or without the APU running. It just needs a power source, which will be ground power or APU in most cases.I don't do tutorials or leading by hand and in depth explanation, but it is possible to learn by following a demonstration maybe.www.youtube.com/watch?v=wDqzMFqk03Y Trent Hopkinson, 2015 Crewmember of www.mangrove.com.au WorldFlight sim Youtube channel www.youtube.com/user/musicalaviator
