I remember that froogle showed hot to offset the route in a live stream but i can seem to figure out how i have searched all the manuals but cant seem to find it please let me know thanks.

Go to MCDU, select RTE button, go to page 2.  Enter offset at LSK 6R.

It's in one of my videos as well, but as mentioned above:

RTE button, page 2, enter offset in the format of:

XXD

...where XX is distance in NM and D is a direction, left (L) or right ®.

 

Example:

10L for a offset 10nm to the left of the route.
