Actually it is not really his iPad american issues the iPads to there pilots and it has more that just charts on it.

American Airlines dfw destination will probably be something not to long like ord or jfk (all fsdt) then maybe over to egll.

When I load it in model converter al the logos are messed up just like before

i am in the imagetool that comes with the sdk but can't figure out how to extract the bitmap from the dds

when i get the jetway model into gmax it does not look like it did in modle converter it's just abounch of lines.

i got a little confused here what exactly do you mean by 6. Change the Material for the jetway from the default texture to the one you modified and see if you like the way it looks.
