I have searched the manuals, but cannot find out why the cargo door won't open. I did set up a key to open it, have both ground powers on, but no go! Any ideas?

Do you have hydraulic power available. Will need to check the FCOM on this but I know on the bus you at least need an electric hydraulic demand pump running to use the cargo doors.

Fmc - ground operations - doors. Page 2. If you want to use a short key you have to set that in the Fmc also.

Have you tried from FMC doors menu? page 2/2?

 

Does the Cargo Bulk open? This is no power depended door.

 

I have checked with only ground power and cargo doors are opening without any issues through FMC here
