I have exactly the same problem when i landed at Dakar (GOOY) last night.I choose runway 36 for ILS approach with LIMAX star then i was unable to delete DSCONTINUITY for the last point before the runway.Finaly i exec to the this waypoint when i was near and discontinuity disappear, i  was a little confusing with that.
