I have noticed that when engine start sequence is done EGT=389.

Then after aprox. 30 seconds EGT suddenly changing to 451 and remains at this level.

Is it correct ?

Any comments about that ?

Yes, EGT start limits differ from actual running limits

 

EDIT- reread your post, not sure what you are seeing, check the FCOM

Was the engine already warm from a previous flight?

Still doesnt really explain the sudden jump? Only thing that should jump is the EGT limit
