This is a stupid question but how come the option to set my FSX desktop shortcut to "Run As Admin" is grayed out? Microsoft says it grays out when UAC is off but I've never turned the UAC off on my computer. Just don't want to have right-click and select Run as Admin anymore. Thanks.

Ian, (nice avatar btw, go Flyers) check and see if you can set it on the actual FSX.exe in your FSX folder.

Haha thanks. My fiance and I did our engagement shoot on the ice at the Wells Fargo. It was surreal. Anyway, I was able to set it on the FSX.exe in the main folder. Will it still run as administrator now even though the option is still grayed out on the desktop icon? Thanks for your help.

Nice.. It should run as admin since it's set on the program itself, if my understanding is correct
