hi folks

 

after shutdown prosedure i trired to set the brightness of the pfd and nd to dark before powering off the aircraft but nothing happened, i dont know if its me, there is some settings for it or the pmdg didnt incl. it  ? 

 

here is a SS with the brightnes knob at lowest setting with the panel still light up.

There are individual brightness controls, and a master control.  Middle clicks will set individual brightness to the center dot allowing for master control.  On power up, there is a gradual brightness increase already simulated.......

This is explained in great detail in the Introduction manual. Please read it before coming to the forum and posting about issues.

 

Turning the displays off is also not in any part of the shutdown procedures in the FCOM Vol 1. These are LCDs, not old CRTs that will get phosphor burn-in if left on.
