You don't need to download the documentation from the ops center.  It's already on your computer.

 

While in the ops center, click the blue button at the left to select the 777.  In the menu below, you will see a link for "Documentation."  Click on that and 6 PDFs will be listed in the main window.

 

Alternatively, you can find this on your own in:

FSX Folder > PMDG > PMDG 777X > Documentation (or a similar folder name)

 

...or via:

Start > All Programs > PMDG Simulations > 777 > Click on manual you want.
