September 12, 201312 yr Hi, so far I've been able to plan flights in PFPS but after today's update all has gone wrong. I first tried EFHK-KORD but the plan was exported to PMDG as rt2-file, not rte like before, same with ULLI-KORD... So, the old way worked best. A ready made plan ESSA-KORD with VRoute Premium did the trick and it has a fuel calculator for PMDG T7! Right now airborne somewhere near Norwegian border.. Regards Petteri, EFNU PS now monitoring with Process Explorer also the memory situation as I got caught yesterday by my first clear OOM on a relatively short flight LTBA-EHAM when approaching EHAM. September 12, 201312 yr Better to post this on the PFPX forums at Aerosoft. I don't have it in front of me but PFPX has two export options for PMDG. The PMDG simulations option will result with rt2. If you select PMDG simulations NGX, then it will be rte. Rob Simmons
September 12, 201312 yr The PMDG T7 uses the same format as the NGX so you have to select the 'NGX' option in the export menu and not the default/old PMDG format.
September 12, 201312 yr Use the NGX export link but manually browse to the 777 FP folder. Just posted this in the PFPX folder it's their issue not PMDG's Peebee Phil Broadhurst http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/pmdg_trijet.jpg
September 13, 201312 yr Use the NGX export link but manually browse to the 777 FP folder There is only one 'FlightPlans' folder under the PMDG folder located in your main FSX directory. Exporting it to the default location set by PFPX for NGX works without any need to manually hunt, at least in my case. In fact, routes created by selecting the old format or the NGX format in PFPX are stored in that same folder, difference being the MD11 and such will work off the old format and the NGX/T7 work off the newer one.
