Is there an official forum for the Aivlasoft EFB addon?

I'm running the 30day trial version at the moment but have several questions regarding the product before I decide wether to buy or not.

In the mean time can anyone answer some of them.

 

On the data provider I keep getting the msg - Exemption from fsx received LOAD_FLIGHTPLAN_FAILED

but on the display unit on my other machine it show i'm connected (green light) and shows the correct aircraft position.

I tend to fly mostly pmdg aircraft which uses different save plan files is this the reason for the msg as although I saved my flightplan with pfpx in both fsx format and pmdg format they are different files?

 

Also because I use pmdg and only load the sid/star plates from inside the aircraft how do I view/use sid/stars in the efb if I'm not using the efb to plan the flight

I may have managed to answer a couple of the questions I had after playing around and reading a bit more
