No enroute hold checkbox

I have no enroute hold checkbox in the VOXATC setting dialog window.

 

There are 'Enroute traffic instructions' not 'Enroute hold' in my Settings.

in the manual on p52 there is a checkbox for Enroute hold

Manual not updated for 6.20 version, I guess in this last version  there isn't way to recive an holding pattern.

You can only set yourown enroute hold waypoint in flightplan extra, but this is not at ATC discrection.
