Hey guys,  I am having issues with the q400 and opus turbulence camera settings.  As I understand this is more then likely a conflict due to the way the q400 flight model is handled.   I am trying to setup Opus so I can get realistic turbulence effects in the VC.  No matter what settings I try I get very erratic and jumpy effects.  In any other aircraft I get nice movements.  Any help is very appreciated.  Thanks guys.

I have also OpusFSX and the Majestic Dash8 Q400. You are correct, the bumps with this airplane is wrong and it has to do with the model, because its the only plane that happens. My solution was to un-tick 'Turbulent Bumps' and 'Bump Aircraft' in the DHM settings window. Also, I have the 'Rotorcraft' checked.

 

Also you can try selecting 'Light Aircraft' instead of 'Heavy' but I haven't test that.

I have checked  all the left portion of the DHM window and from the right section I have only selected 'Turbulent Motion'. In the end, you get vibrations due to turbulence, taxi, etc so I am personaly satisfied with the result.

 

I haven't tried though enabling the bumps and lowering the sliders.
