In the 777 introduction it recommends to "Set up a key command for the EICAS Cancel/Recall button."

 

Can anyone tell me how to do this.

In the fmc options and key assignment

As stated above, map a keystroke (I used Number * as it was furthest right) then you can use that (BTW I used the Number / just to the left of that for CKLST) or better yet, map a button on your HW. If you use LINDA it can do it ll for you . Read more in the LINDA forum here on AVSIM.

Linda requires FSUIPC in the payware version. The "hard" way via manual key assignments is free.
