I just got a new computer, and I am installing everything.  I have gone through and installed the 737 NGX and the voice control edition of the FS2 Crew.  However, when I get things started, the FO does not start the aircraft correctly.  I do not get an APU start, and the FMC does not come online.  It appears that he isn't completing the electrical setup.  What do I do?
