I just got a new computer, and I am re-installing everything.  I have installed my FS2Crew voice edition for the 737 NGX.  But, when I start a flight, the FO does not complete the electrical setup.  I do not get the FMC to start and the APU doesn't start.  This is weird, because I didn't have these problems with the old computer when I installed everything.

You must be doing something differently.

I think I did.  

I have installed all updates.  I have un-installed the -600, and re-installed it as well as FS2.  But it still does not work.

Well, double check the manual to ensure you're not missing anything.

 

Ensure the "Trike" is the initial aircraft on the free flight screen.  Don't use saved situation files.  PMDG recommends against them.

I discovered that it was the model of aircraft I was trying to fly.  The ones downloaded from PMDG work fine, but the one that I downloaded from Flightsim,com was the one giving me troubles.
