September 22, 201312 yr Thanks for the thumbs up! Following your report, just went through a complete uninstall / install of the new drivers, having backed up all my NI profiles!!! So far it's looking really smooth! I do not notice any increase in performance, but there certainly are no problems for me, so, I think it was positive to upgrade! Thx! September 22, 201312 yr Well, only because the driver support a newer version of the Open GL library doesn't mean X-Plane (or any other programme) actually uses it. It's like saying a game is running DirectX 11 only because my graphic card supports it, even though it´s built with DirectX 9.
