I figured it out from this XXXX using a sun mod...works pretty good. However to get as good an sun spreading effect you have do some extra tweaking with ENB....which does not work in DX10 AFAIK.

Let me guess...guy from second video ripped off our friend from the first vid...I get it...unbelievable.
