Do anybody know if it is possible in any way to add city night lights in tileproxy.

There are moving cars with night lights and you can supply trees and buildings and objects (Markus Freut openvfr)!!!

But how aboutt night lights ???

Install utx and place it in the correct order in your scenery list. That'll help.

Exiting news. I have got night lights in tileproxy from UTX as you sure have learned yourself. But the most exiting is that you will have very great lights in tileproxy with the ftx global vector 1.10 installed.
