So I began my latest project of learning to fly a helicopter (albeit the default one) and I noticed that it drifts to the right quite naturally, and I was wondering if it really does or if that was something that it does, or am I doing something wrong?

The default one drifts while in forward flight. I am not quite sure if it is like this IRL, but because of torque, at lower speeds (especially hovering) this behavior occurs. You have to use opposite pedal to counteract the effect.
