FSX- Red Brake Indicator Stuck On?

Featured Replies

CH Pedals and yoke. Clean FSX SP2, no addons and no FSUIPC

The red brake indicator comes on and will not clear with the "period" key. If I set the parking brake and release, the red indicator turns off but returns as soon as any braking is done. Differential braking appears when the pedal brakes are applied but the red brake indicator returns and stays on. I have tried calibrating in the CH Control program and windows. I downloaded the little program to clear ALL calibration and just did the CH program calibration but problem remains.

The fact that the period key will not clear the brake indicator is odd. I would expect at least a flicker when the period key is depressed or held down.

Hi

I think its the sensitivity settings in controllers section of fsx

Andy

that is your problem I just went through this. keep adjusting the sensitivity up until you don't have the problem. mine was about half way. not sure why this happens

Try reversing your toe brake axis; left and right, it's a known FSX issue.
