Daytime + Landing Lights + Tower View = Shiny White Cone

Well, they're not normal - no...but their "non-normalness" cannot be attributed to Steve's shader/effects based on my most recent testing.

 

It's not a big deal - this only happens in DX10 tower view at certain zoom levels during broad daylight. I was mistaken in believing that the problem was made worse with the fixer, but it's neither better nor worse.

 

PS. Yes, bloom is enabled.
