I just OC's my PC and ran Prime95 to test it out.  Temps during test were in the 76-92°c range under 100% load.  Temps are 53-79°c while running FSX.

As a general rule, you will never see while using FSX temps as high as the ones you see using Prime95.

Having said that, your temps seem a bit high. How is your CPU cooled ? I have an I7-2600K @ 4.8Ghz, water cooled by a Corsair H100 and temps while running FSX are between 55 and 65 depending upon the room ambient temperature, but bearing in mind that 65 is reached under the hottest summer days.
