October 16, 201312 yr Here's another post from the official P3d message board: ... 2.0 will behave differently from 1.4 in response to tweaking. 2.0 offers a significantly wider range of settings through the UI. These will allow you to more easily tune performance for your machine within the application. As for setting up an application profile in the GPU driver, that is up to the end user. We do offer many of the features that used to only be available through the drivers, but application profiles are always an option if they offer some feature that the native application doesn't. Thanks Zach Heylmun PREPAR3D Software Engineer It will be nice to not have to mess around with the CFG file and then hope that you didn't add a typo that causes a CTD.
