I am having difficulties with my usual sources finding real world routes from Hong Kong and Singapore to RJAA Narita and back.  Can anyone share a couple of plans?

Here's a route I used from VHHH-RJAA, can't remember where I got it or if I just used high charts to create it: OCEAN V3 ENVAR M750 MJE V16 VENUS

 

This is a route from WSSS-RJAA that I got from the following website (free registration required) http://www.edi-gla.co.uk/fpl/

 

TOMAN L625 LUSMO L625 AVMUP L625 MEVIN B462 KAZIK Y59 AZAMA Y57 MJE Y81 VENUS

 

Note that when you get routes from that site, they will have entries that look like this: LUSMO/M080F360  Don't worry about the stuff after the /, that's speed and altitude plans. You can just remove those, unless you plan on being at that speed and altitude at that point.
