How well does MegasceneryEarth 2.0 work with openVFR?

Recommended Posts

I purchased the MSE Washington scenery, but really miss the autogen for a sense of speed.  I understand that 'openVFR Autogen'  may work with photoscenery such as MSE, and if so, I may be interested in getting the latest releases from MSE - Belgium and Switzerland.  OpenVFR has several products that cover those two countries and I can't help but think it would be amazing.

I tried the openVFR Autogen for Switzerland in normal FSX default terrain, and it really brought a more organized sense of reality to the scene.  This would work wonderful I think with a photoscene like MSE.

Anyone doing this?  If so, may I some screens?

I haven't but some people have. You might have had more luck posting in the FSX forum. AVsim is hardly a dead forum

Hopefully you will keep any topics about photoscenery in this forum where it belongs.  Here's a link I found that might help answer your question(s) - http://forum.avsim.net/topic/420748-anybody-using-openvfr-hows-their-stuff/.

Best regards,

Jim

Just replying out of courtesy as I see you have another new thread with results of using OpenVFR with MSE, and yes, it does work quite well together in fact. Certainly worth grabbing if you want to fly photoreal or MSE scenery but also need find you need autogen objects too!
