Here is circa early 1960 era jet passenger service by Douglas DC-8-21 from KATL Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport located seven miles south of the central business district of Atlanta, Georgia to KPBI Palm Beach International Airport located 3 nautical miles west of West Palm Beach, Florida

 

Taxiing to short of runway 27R

 

 

Entering into runway 27R for take off via WALET departure

 

 

 

Airborne on climb to FL300

 

 

Making left turn toward WALET

 

 

 

Cruising at FL300 at mach 0.72 intercepting WALET and heading to OTK

 

 

 

Passing KCKF Crisp County-Cordele Airport located two nautical miles northeast of the central business district of Cordele, Georgia

 

 

Passing KTMA Henry Tift Myers Airport located two nautical miles southeast of the central business district of Tifton, Georgia

 

 

Cruising at FL300 at mach 0.72

 

 

Intercepting OTK above city of Valdosta

 

 

Leaving Valdosta to head to PIE via CTY

 

 

Cruising above Gulf of Mexico

 

 

Passing Boggy Bay and Millers Bayou which are part of Port Richey, Florida where you can see highway route 19 below right wing of the plane

 

 

Heading to intercept PIE where you can see city of Tampa on lower right corner of screenshot

 

 

Intercepting PIE with background view of city of Tampa and its Old Tampa Bay where you can see KTPA international airport below behind the engine and MacDill Air Force Base below front of the engine

 

 

Passing causeway route number 60 better known as West Courtney Campell Causeway or Gulf to Bay Blvd

No I am happy with HJG DC-8s but I am thinking of getting Aerosim DC-8s because they feature SUPER SHINY engines. Two problems with Aerosim DC-8: Their website is in Japanese meaning I do not know where to buy and second problem is that nobody is sure if Aerosim DC-8s will run well on FSX SP1 and SP2.
