       I encountered the server overload problem when u guys just release the T7 on September 3rd.I could not get the download link after I purchased.Then I tried a few times to get it.Finally ,I got the link successfully.But unfortunately ,I was charged by 2 times with 118 Singapore dollars when I see the bill few days ago.
       So I am wondering could I get the refund because it is not worth it and a little bit expensive.Much appreciated!! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm inclined to say it's even worth twice its price but it would make sense to contact PMDG via their support ticket system, providing your purchase details (only) there.

Submit a ticket.  They'll have it sorted soon enough.

I had the same issue SUN1,  I looked on my bank account and it showed 2 times charged from PMDG but 24 hours later it worked itself out and there was only 1 charge , however I would go ahead and submit a ticket for it, I'm very sure they didn't double charge you. Just the way its billed thru your bank I guess, Everything should work itself out for ya
