I have MSE new york as the 1st entry but Im getting blue patches as can be seen. Any one have a clue what might be causing this?

Yes this is due to the differences in source imagery and has been explained in other MSE threads here at AVSIM several times. We are planning to upgrade parts of New York shortly (free to existing MSE NY users) as new, better imagery has become available to us to allow issues like this to be fixed. Unfortunately the new imagery is not a full state set, so only parts will be upgraded where the new imagery exists.

 

Short story, it is being corrected as the new source photos become available.

Can you tell me where in NY that shot was taken? It looks like it could be Long Island area?
