How do I disable RAAS from the 777?

For what it's worth, RAAS is an FS2Crew product, so you might want to try asking over there about those EZDok issues.  That honestly makes zero sense at all, seeing that Froogle uses both just fine, and I've used it with no issues.

 

Sounds more like an end-user misconfig to me.

In all honesty I don't think it's RAAS, as I still get the issue every now and then.  EZDok just completely stopped working after installing the 777 and numerous Windows Updates (as that is the only thing that got installed on my PC).  After troubleshooting for about 3 hours and uninstalling and re-installing many programs over that time, I removed RAAS from the launch xml and it started working again (albiet intermittently).  It was after that time that I stopped touching FSX and just leave it as is.  EZDok is much more important to me than RAAS.

Hard to say it's a user misconfig when there are many people that still have my exact issue that have had it for over a year now with no resolve...
