What a nightmare when the door is not closing.

 

This happens when I start cold and dark with the 777. When Im ready to close the door (left front door).

Will not close and stays open. Im clicking on the fmc to close the door but not working. So I cant go further with the flight.

 

Anybody the same problem and solutions?

Parking brakes on or off? I saw a video last night of one guy who pushed back with the door still open, he tried to close the door during the pushback, but couldn't. Once the push was completed and the parking brakes were set again, he was able to close the door.

Don't use the cold and dark panel state.  It is known to cause some issues for people, as mentioned in the problem tracking thread.
