It's not a simple "code addition", or FSX code cleanup, the engine has been completely overhauled. Many of the features that were added were thanks to community suggestions! Prepar3d is specifically created for customers wishing to learn about flight simulation, and it's not intended to be a "game" (hence, the license lingo used). The rumors about home customers not being eligible are 100% false, and originate from users from X-Plane series. We are blessed to have choices when it comes to Flight Simulation, and props to X-Plane for making a great simulator! We should encourage mutual development and competition, and not immaturity.
