I fired up FSRecorder this morning while flying Hay River to Yellowknife (CYHY-CHZF) as I knew I was expecting some wild crosswinds on arrival. Some of you may know this route as the sched on Ice Pilots NWT. Was 15kts gusting 22kts which makes the DC3/C47 a real handful. I ended up going around for a second attempt as the gusts were blowing me way of track.
