Extreme stutters at extreme fps

Featured Replies

I recently had an issue with my HDTV and that 30fps just did not look like 30fps. Turns out I was dead on because turning on vsync and triple buffering with my GTX 680 completely fixed the issue. However, I now have a new problem with really sparsely populated airports where fps are always great, I do get great fps but also extreme stutters. This is probably due to my frames jumping around rapidly from 50-115fps. Setting a fps limiter works but I don't wanna have to keep switching between a limiter and no limiter when flying o different levels of density. Any ideas?

always keep the limiter on.. just set it at 30 and leave it there.. you won't see a difference between 30 and 130 anyway
