I did not know there was a limit to the number of times one could install FSX. When I try to activate my Product Key I get a message that I have exceeded my number of installs. If I try to install the Acceleration Expansion it will not let me because I have not activated my FSX. I never thought a software would have a limit as to the number of installs. I know the price is far less than when I first purchased it but I don't  want to buy another FSX.

Call the activation number. That has worked for me in the past.

I too had the very same message. And the phone number I was given was a 1-800 number which when trying to call from another country outside the USA/Europe, is about as useless as a chocolate fireguard. Well Done MS!!

 

I could not agree more with you, Richard, that one you have paid for a product, why should you have to go through the hoops to get a product activated.
