Problem with Traffic 360 and Super traff board

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

After installing Traff 360 a couple of times i keep getting the same problem with aircraft showing up as GA - mainly Rynaiar bit affecting others also.

They also show as GA in the sim and Traff board.

Attaching a pic for reference. Would appreciate any help :)

Thanks,

Matt

I've an idea ;-)

First thing to do is to enable the "Callsign" and "Aircraft Title" columns (Configuration -> Columns) which we can use to cross reference into the aircraft.cfg.  That will tell us if the quality of the information there is sufficient to allow STB to interpret the role of the airline.    The logo is determined from the callsign, whose value comes from FSX via the aircraft.cfg.  The role of the aircraft (GA, Passenger, etc) is a setting in STB driven by the callsign.

Hello!

Thanks for replying. I did this and the callsign is just showing the aircraft make ie 737 800. Aircraft title is showing as the name by the software dev,

Really weird! It does the same with Traffic 360 and UT.

Any more help you could give would be grand!

Cheers,

Hi Matt,

The aircraft make/model is a fall back when an individual airline in the aircraft.cfg does not have a callsign associated with it.  Do you think you could locate the aircraft.cfg concerned?  It would be interesting to have a look at it.
