Windows message about hard drive. Should I be concerned?

To be honest, if you've run all of the diagnostic tools, and you aren't having any issues that you know of, then I'd ignore it.

If you start having issues, like files not opening or slow to open, random crashes without a blue screen, hard drive noises, then think again. But for now, I'd say ignore it.

It does say at the bottom of the message, "if your experience is satisfactory, no action is needed". I'd agree with that.

Do backup all of your important files though.
