December 13, 201312 yr I saw something about this plane on YouTube. They actually use the yoke to steer on the ground. That makes it look like they are driving a truck! The IL62? There's actually 2 yokes on the captains side, one on top of the other. The yoke used for taxying is smaller and more rounded. The real yoke is larger, and more squared off (and has trim buttons and the push to talk on the left side). There is a round button (looks like a "horn" on a car) that will lock the Taxi yoke into position for takeoff and flying.
