Can anyone tell me how to increase the resolution of vc textures. This for both pay ware and stock fsx aircraft

My vc textures are just not clear. Certainly not anywhere near as clear as the 2d cockpits for the same aircraft.

 

My graphics cards are 780gtx

They are not overcooked,  they are stock speed

My monitors are 1900x1200  ( this is max on my monitors )

 

Is there something i can do to "sharpen or clear " the vc panel. 

 

Any advice would be very helpful

Please don't overcook your graphics cards. They become really tough to chew on if you do...

 

Under Display|Graphics|Global Options, is Global Texture Resolution all the way to the right? If not, make it so.

Depending on the aircraft, you can also increase the resolution in the panel.cfg file.

 

Example: default FSX C172
