LDG ALT Indicator

My 737ngx ldg alt indicator rapidly jumps to wrong altitude just before touch down. I assume, it goes back to departure airport RWY elevation. Any way to fix it, please?

Just a guess but did you press the "B" to reset altimeter from STD setting.
