I had to reinstall my P3D v2.

 

ORBX FTXGlobal installed fine and shnoes up in the SXcenery Area List, but when I try to install other sceneries they do not install.

 

I open P3D, go to World/Scenery Library.

Click Add Area.

Browse, Go to P3D/Addon Scenery, find the scenery I want to install (the library contains scenery/testure) click Ok and it shows up in the Directory and Scenery area title. click OK but the scenery is NOT added to the list of Scenery Areas.

 

Whats wrong?

Problem solved. The scenery.cfg file was corrupted, After copying back my original backup everything works just fine.

 

Take my advice. After installing P3D v2, backup the ORIGINAL installation, also the files in Appdata\Roaming\Lockheed Martin,  Appdata\Local\Lockheed Martin AND C:\Program data\Lockheed Martin where the scenery.cfg is stored.
