CTD Smartassembly error report

I am having FSX CTDs with Smartassembly error message.  Asking for help to diagnose EventViewer error report below:

ATC.dll - There are minor issues where the file atc.dll, responsible for containing the viewing graphics display during game play, encounters errors in displaying multiple image streams, especially when it renders multiple overlays. So I'm thinking you might have multiple Windows open while running FSX. Your system cannot handle the resource requirement required by FSX. You might try lowering FSX/Display driver settings, at least to show that this is or is not the problem.
