immediately after flipping the fuel control to run, I received a caution yellow light for no apparent reason that I know. When i recall I get no errors on the ICAS.

There Are various known panel state bugs

 

Are you using one of those? Does it happen if you load another panel state?

if you used  the cold and dark panel state  than you will get  this bug its  a known issue, use the other panel states or  make your own  and save it
