Last few days I have been noticing the scenery while I am on the ground is shaking or flickering a bit. It's much more noticeable in any view except VC where it seems to be basically nothing. Any ideas as to what can cause this? 

 

It's mostly noticeable with terminal buildings as well as trees.

Is it your scenery shaking or the aircraft shaking?   When I use the wing view, and with my engines running (B744), I too can see some shaking, but it seems clear that the aircraft is shaking (or vibrating) and not the scenery.  Maybe a bit of extra realism from Microsoft, or at least, that's what I'd like to believe.

I had exact same problem today morning. Didnt install anything new or change any settings. Switched views few times and it helped. Honestly - no idea why that happened. Maybe it was a global fsx earthquake my PMDG was definitely not shaking as it was in cold & dark
